It’s been said that the only constant thing is change.
Personally, having just joined the banner of Club Heal as a member of the staff,
Change was for the better.

I’m able to better manage my time and I am happy to do my part
in eradicating the stigma of mental illness – which is a personal mission.

At the end of the day, I guess all that one can do is his/her
own best – no matter what the outcome maybe. Just be contented by saying
I gave it my BEST.

I know that there are some who read this that may be in a
Not-So Good place or time in life.
But persevere.
Because better days Will Come.

As is said in the Holy Quran,
With every difficulty, there is ease.

Md Nur/Mano.
