It is quiet. Outside. Inside, unquiet. The mind is full of queries, worries, negativity. I lie on my bed, head internally bursting, no water, no food to feed a painfully creaking tummy. When the mood hits a low, everything seems so difficult, even taking a glass of water.
It is not easy to sink to the depths of depression, even if it is just for a day or two.
You can pull everything down with the weight of your thoughts which go overdrive on the worries mode. Stay away from the bed, get out of the house if possible. Be with friends and colleagues, talk it out and be happy.
Let sanity be a choice.
