I saw me, running in a field of lavender. Purple flowers for a purple soul. Spiritual, magical. Life is.
Reminiscing. Nice. But life is not supposed to be lived in the past. Life is for actions, small and big ones today. Embrace the beauty of living in the present. The past is quietly asleep, the future an unknown reality to be lived when the moment comes visiting.
Is it so difficult to live in the present?
It takes practice to train one’s mind to be present-centred. You can’t change the past, but you can make choices, here and now. And good choices make you look back with satisfaction, without pain and guilt. They ensure that the future is good and bountiful.
So while you are living, chose to live in the present.
